Profile: The rst store was a retail shop in old Hamriya Fruit & Vegetable market, Dubai. Those were the days of the oil boom which changed the fortunes of Dubai. This economic boom in the gulf soon brought forth people from all over the world to Dubai. Their culinary needs were as diverse as their social and geographic differences.Falcon Foodstuff saw the potential for importing fresh fruits and vegetable and diversied the activities into importing it from US, Europe and Indian sub-continent. With this initiative, fruits and vegetables from different countries, regardless of the seasons, were imported to United Arab Emirates.
