Mr. Rashid Al Kaitoob chairman of Al Nakheel in 1991 was the first to approach Municipality of Dubai with the breakthrough idea of Advertising on the buses. Now for almost 20 years, AL NAKHEEL ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY has been the sole agent for the Dubai Public Transport Bus Panels.
